Step 3: Admissions Counseling and Enrollment

Following a successful interaction session, the Admissions Department will contact you with an offer of admission for your child. On receipt of this offer letter, you are requested to secure your ward’s seat of admission at Sharjah Ambassador Private School with submission of all the necessary documents mentioned and complete the payment formalities.

Parents are requested to carry valid Original Emirates ID cards for them (one parent EID) and the applicant EID on the date of admission confirmation.

The admission offer, if not accepted and seat not taken for the applicant within 10 days, is considered to have lapsed the period of validity. Hence, the School reserves the right to offer this seat of admission to the next deserving applicant.

Step 4: Admission Documentation and Confirmation of Admission

As you accept the offer letter, the mentioned documents should be submitted at Admissions Department prior to fee payment, to secure a seat for the child.

As you join us, the parent’s login credentials are created in various School-Parent communication platforms.

Step 5: Orientation

After completing the admission procedures, you will also be invited to attend an Orientation Program, which is mandatory to attend for all new families along with the new students.

Waiting lists

Due to overwhelming response and oversubscribed application, we are sorry to see applicant names in waiting list in previous Academic Session.

Waiting lists at Sharjah Ambassador Private School can be extensive, hence parents are requested to reserve their ward’s seat at the earliest possible to avoid disappointments at later stages. The School may decide to close applications at any given time, prior to commencement of Academic Session from April.
Please note movement through the waiting lists can be a slow process. However, as soon as a seat becomes available, the admissions team will contact you immediately.

Admission Cancellation

In the rare case that you may wish to withdraw your child’s admission from Sharjah Ambassador Private School, we shall endeavor to follow all the MOE (Sharjah Zone) guidelines and make the process as smooth as possible. Further information will be available on request.

Student Withdrawals

Parents must inform the school admissions department in writing if intending to withdraw children.

For students seeking International Transfer, the next Country name should be specified. The school will hand over a transfer certificate in English, attested by MOE (Sharjah Zone).

The school is not liable to get the Transfer Certificate attested from any other authorities.

 Please note:

  • Local transfer certificate will be given after one week from the date of application.
  • Outside U.A.E and other Emirate transfer certificate will be given after ten days from the date of application.
  • Please mention the reason for leaving.
  • Please get the clearance only from the necessary departments.
  • End of the year T.C will be issued three weeks after the announcement of the final result.

The Transfer Certificate can be collected from Admission Department
